Game Modes
Vex Challenges offers two main game modes, Normal Mode and Challenge Mode. The levels in both game modes are identical. The main difference is the way to unlock levels and calculate achievements. Specifically:
- In Normal Mode, you will control a stickman through levels with maps ranging from easy to difficult. Before starting, the game allows you to monitor the next round of platform designs to plan your initial strategy. Then, in the main round, you just need to test your plan. If there is a collision, you have to replay that level.
- In Challenge Mode, you also maneuver the character to take turns performing levels like in Normal Mode. However, this game mode does not allow players to know the map design in advance. You won't have any breaks between levels. If a collision occurs, the game will return to Level 1. Your achievement will be based on the highest level you can pass.
